Job Summary
Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms (stayovers and check-outs), restocking supplies, and assisting guests while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines. Duties include making beds, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting and polishing surfaces, servicing in-room minibar and amenities, vacuuming/mopping, waste removal, organizing linen and supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety issues via HotSOS. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, good organizational and time-management skills, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and perform cleaning tasks. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are expected in a hotel environment; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.
