Job Summary
Clean guest rooms, hallways, and other areas to DKN Hotels' standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms. Maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor while providing personalized service and communicating effectively with guests and team members. Adhere to the minutes-per-room guideline, follow amenity policies, and immediately turn in items left in guestrooms. Ensure master room key security by never leaving the property with it and report maintenance issues, missing articles, or damage to the Executive Housekeeper. Assist with laundry as needed and provide support to other departments. Prioritize tasks, organize your shift, and make good judgments within established management guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous one (1) year experience
- Basic cleaning skills
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members
- Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments
- Dependable
- Must be aware of the importance of safety and security
- Endeavor to be conscious of safety and security at all times
