Job Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and other areas according to DKN Hotels’ standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining a friendly demeanor while providing personalized service, communicating effectively, cleaning rooms within specified guidelines, managing room security with the master key, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with laundry and departmental performance, and adhering to safety standards. One year of previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with basic cleaning skills and ability to communicate in English.
