Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards by making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize spaces while ensuring proper stock levels and responding to guest requests in a courteous, professional manner. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost items promptly, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized state. Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to consistently meet productivity and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required
