Job Summary
Respond promptly to guest and department requests. Fill supply carts and transport them to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms after verifying vacancy, then replace amenities and clean bathrooms. Swap dirty linens for fresh items, make beds, and straighten furniture. Dust, polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and perform floor care duties. Ensure all appliances are present and functional, removing trash and room service items. Maintain crisp linens and spotless surfaces throughout the room.
