Room Attendant

Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and departmental policies. Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, and conduct property inspections at the start of each shift covering the lobby, corridors, and public spaces. Prepare daily work assignment sheets, maintain housekeeping supplies, and coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs. Manage key and cell phone inventory, delegate requests, and provide constant communication with staff and other departments. Work an 8-hour shift with flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability and holidays. Must reside in Anchorage, AK, with a preference for one year of cleaning experience.
