Job Summary
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Forbes standards by changing bedding, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, walls, and hallways. Polish furniture and fixtures, clean windows and mirrors, rearrange furniture, and replenish linens, glasses, and bathroom supplies. Gather and empty trash, deliver guest-requested items, and ensure all amenities are available. Transport supplies using wheeled carts or by hand while following safety procedures. Notify supervisors of major repairs, damage, or theft. Work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a positive demeanor, greet guests warmly, and adhere to grooming standards. Requires six months to one year of hotel housekeeping experience.

- Ability to: Deal with the public and co-workers with tact and courtesy
- Ability to: Use a vacuum cleaner
- Ability to: Comprehend oral and written instructions
- Willingness and ability to adhere to applicable grooming and appearance standards
- Must be proficient in English
- Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Performing heavy cleaning; high and low dusting
- Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Transporting objects weighing up to 60 pounds
- Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: A great amount of walking in all types of weather
- Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Lifting, standing and bending up to 8+ hours daily
- Six months to one-year hotel housekeeping related experience
