Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas by following Coast Hotels cleaning procedures, ensuring amenities are in place, and securing drapes/windows before room completion. Conduct daily inspections for deficiencies, report maintenance needs, sort recyclables, and manage housekeeping supplies. Turn in lost & found items and support a safe, hygienic environment. Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and communicate effectively in English. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position is an asset
- High school education preferred, but combination of experience and education will be considered
- Physical ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 40 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive actions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment
- Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
