Job Summary
Maintain guest rooms to deliver 100% guest satisfaction by cleaning assigned rooms or suites, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom cleaning; restock amenities, manage linens and supplies, and ensure proper disposal of trash. Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests, notify supervision of maintenance needs, and uphold genuine hospitality and teamwork in every interaction. Must be able to work PM shifts and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, with physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Follow brand standards and contribute to the Radisson experience through attentive service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
