Job Summary
Clean and prepare stayover and check-out rooms, removing soiled linens, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms. Dust, polish, and wipe down all surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and service minibars. Replenish in-room amenities, arrange folded clothing, and perform self-inspections to ensure quality standards before reporting rooms as ready. Maintain a neat housekeeping cart and linen closet while reporting maintenance issues via HotSos. Handle guest requests, operate cleaning equipment safely, and manage chemicals per safety guidelines. Perform duties of a house attendant as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
