Job Summary
Conduct cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior hotel zones including guest entrances and loading bays to brand standards. Report all maintenance defects in rooms, floors, and public areas through KnowCross, and oversee daily linen and terry delivery and collection. Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores while ensuring storage areas remain clean. Adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations, reporting any breaches to the Head Housekeeper. Assist with other housekeeping team tasks as required and maintain a positive attitude while providing responsive customer care.
