Clean all guest room sections including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression. Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys while adhering to safety protocols and established guidelines. Report maintenance issues promptly and respect guest privacy throughout your shift. Manage time efficiently while navigating internal and external staircases and open pathways. Collaborate harmoniously with team members from various backgrounds and assist guests whenever needed. This role supports the Housekeeping department at Mantra on Russell, an Accor property offering self-contained apartments and an on-site restaurant in Melbourne's CBD.
