Job Summary
Dust guest rooms, make beds, remove soiled linen, and retrieve clean linens while vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and washing inside windows. Replenish rooms with supplies, update records of cleaned rooms, and report maintenance issues. Remove and tag lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office, sign in and out master keys daily, and ensure all safety, sanitation, and departmental policies are followed. Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment while offering professional, friendly, and engaging service. Required Qualifications
- Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance issues
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Sign in and out master keys daily
