As a Room Attendant, thoroughly clean guest rooms (changing linens, bathrooms, wiping surfaces) to meet impeccable standards; maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys; use cleaning materials safely; respect guest privacy and report maintenance issues promptly; collaborate with colleagues to deliver a flawless hospitality experience; bring a warm, welcoming communication style; demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and physical stamina to navigate between rooms and staircases; flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; employed in a casual, hourly role within Accor’s Breakfree Grand Pacific Resort in Caloundra, AU.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
