Clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression. Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys while adhering to safety protocols and established guidelines. Respect guest privacy, report maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate harmoniously within the team while helping guests whenever needed. This role requires reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
