Job Summary
Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas to Faena’s luxury standards; duties include adhering to safety/fire regulations, using PMS/App for assignments, restocking amenities, preparing rooms for turndown, maintaining terraces and public areas, and providing courteous guest service. Requires attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, and High School diploma or equivalent preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. 1 year of luxury hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
