Job Summary
Keep guest rooms exceptionally clean by changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces; restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain organization; adhere to safety protocols and respect guest privacy; report maintenance issues promptly; collaborate with housekeeping teammates and provide warm, welcoming communication to guests; flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays; physical role requiring movement between rooms and use of staircases; embrace teamwork and hospitality responsibilities to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
