As a Room Attendant in the Housekeeping department, you will thoroughly clean guest rooms (changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, wiping surfaces), restock housekeeping trolleys, follow safety protocols, respect guest privacy, report maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role requires a warm, welcoming communication style, attention to detail, time management, physical stamina to navigate between rooms and stairs, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
