Room Attendant

Maintain hotel rooms and assigned areas in clean, safe condition and provide consistent, high-quality guest service. Responsibilities include following hospitality rules to uphold standards, managing time-clock adherence, maintaining grooming and uniform standards, becoming familiar with the property operations, responding to guest inquiries with proper etiquette, handling inquiries/requests and complaints according to standards, anticipating guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations, following emergency/safety procedures, assisting disabled guests, and performing essential housekeeping duties such as restocking amenities, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, managing supplies, and reporting malfunctions. Must check assignments with Housekeeper, restock supplies, make up beds, and adhere to safety and cleanliness requirements while working in a guest-room environment.
