Rooftop Loader

Job Summary
Load and unload roofing materials on rooftops using manual and mechanical methods; assist with conveyor systems to transport materials from trucks to rooftops, following safety guidelines and company protocols. Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory documentation; inspect equipment and assist with scaffolding as needed; maintain professional service for roofing contractors while protecting customer property. Must comply with OSHA safety standards, wear PPE including a harness, and work on various roof pitches/heights with occasional overtime. Strong teamwork and communication with drivers and roofing contractors are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
- Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks
- Pre-employment drug test
- Ability to lift between 80-100 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Ability to read work orders and shipping orders
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and PPE usage
- Ability to work on sloped roofs of various pitches and heights
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with potential overtime
- Must wear PPE including harness
- Able to follow verbal instructions and maintain safety on job sites
