Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks and position them on rooftops per safety guidelines; operate conveyor belt systems where trained; verify material orders and coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient loading/unloading on outdoor rooftops; maintain OSHA-compliant safety practices, use PPE, and work at heights; forklift certification preferred; strong customer service mindset when assisting roofing contractors; physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and endure outdoor conditions; English required with Spanish a plus; job located in Colorado Springs, CO with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks
- Pre-employment drug test
- Forklift certification preferred
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights on rooftops
- OSHA safety guidelines knowledge
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with potential overtime
- Effective communication with drivers and team members
