Rooftop Host

Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide menus while scheduling dining reservations and arranging parties. Coordinate special services, adjust guest complaints, and assign tasks to dining room staff to ensure prompt, courteous service. Inspect serving stations for cleanliness, requisition supplies, and communicate with line cooks on large party arrivals. Train and mentor employees, manage work hours, and handle end-of-shift duties including totaling receipts and clearing registers. Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders as needed.
