Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for apprentices and students in Waterproofing roofing. Develop and implement training programs, conduct off-the-job workshops, and monitor Individual Learning Plans to track progress. Assess student portfolios, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate workplace visits to support qualification achievement. Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment using the NOCN RUBRIC platform while ensuring attendance and retention targets are met. Provide ongoing support for essential English and maths skills within an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in Roofing (Waterproofing)
- Recognised teaching or training qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to motivate learners
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to work towards a recognised teaching or training qualification
