Job Summary
Install, weld, and seal TPO, PVC, and EPDM membrane roofing systems, and install metal roofing components according to precise specifications. Perform tear-offs and preparation tasks on existing roof structures as needed for new installations or repairs. Diagnose sources of leaks on commercial roofing systems and generate detailed reports and plans for repairs. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized roofing equipment, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Maintain immaculate and organized working environments on job sites and within company facilities. Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company-specific safety guidelines to ensure a safe workspace. Assist in the handling and management of materials, equipment loading and unloading, along with inventory oversight. Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of company property, including work areas and vehicles, ensuring all assets are in top condition. Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained, ready for operational use at any time. Willingness to work overtime as necessitated by project demands and critical deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor or physically demanding work environments
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work as part of a crew
- Willingness to travel and overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within the service area
