Job Summary
Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs, communicate with clients to identify problem areas, and measure roofs to estimate material and labor needs for proposals. Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate data for bid creation. Perform occasional overnight travel during the week. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to climb ladders to 25 feet, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Bid Estimating Software. General construction or roofing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
- General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS
- College Degree in Construction Management or similar
