Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate roofing crews, monitor and track labour hours, and communicate daily with management, general contractors, and subcontractors. Review blueprints and project specifications, attend site meetings, and conduct visits to resolve job challenges. Ensure safety requirements, field reports, and documentation are current while coordinating equipment, materials, and logistics. Manage productivity, project execution, and contractual performance, coaching field crews to meet Flynn standards. This hands-on leadership role supports commercial roofing projects across the GTA for the Mississauga Branch.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid G driver's license
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
