Job Summary
Conduct site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects to existing and new clients. Prospect for opportunities, build business relationships at client facilities, and present information about CentiMark Corporation. Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed and prepare various progress reports to management. Year-end compensation ranges from $75k to $100k ($55k base + $10k draw + commission). This full-time role requires 2+ years of construction or industrial sales experience, with a preference for commercial roofing knowledge and a tenacious drive to grow market share.
