Job Summary
Roofing Service Sales Representative responsible for selling commercial/industrial roofing projects in the greater Charleston area. Work with existing customers and opportunities from National Accounts; prospect for new business, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and present solutions. Schedule customer office visits, prepare progress reports, visit client facilities to build relationships, and communicate capabilities of CentiMark Corporation. Requires 2+ years in construction or industrial sales with commercial roofing experience; experience in growing market share and strong math/computer skills. This full-time role offers year-end compensation with base plus commission ($75k–$100k) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, paid holidays, and a company vehicle. Location: Charleston, WV.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years construction or industrial sales experience
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge
- Experience in growing market share
