Job Summary
Roofing Service Sales Representative needed to support our Tampa market for a commercial/industrial roofing contractor. Drive growth by prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell roofing projects with existing customers and opportunities from the National Accounts division. Schedule client office visits, prepare progress reports, visit client facilities to build relationships, and present CentiMark’s services. Requires 2+ years in construction or industrial sales; commercial roofing experience and roofing estimating experience are preferred. Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a tenacious sales drive, strong math and computer skills, and solid organizational and follow-up abilities. Compensation includes base plus commission, with year-end total between $75k-$100k. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
