Seeking a skilled Roofing Service Manager to oversee commercial roofing service operations, manage projects, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing and construction management, particularly in a service manager role.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing systems and materials including TPO, PVC, Metal, and BUR.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets and schedules.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to coordinate with teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with inspections, repairs, and maintenance of roofing systems.
