Job Summary
Supervise and train a crew of six to eight people while ensuring operations meet safety, service, and quality standards. Manage EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roof repairs using commercial and industrial procedures. Maintain a team environment with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Work weekends as necessary and pass a pre-employment drug test. Required Qualifications
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
- Able to work within a team environment
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Have reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment Drug test
