Job Summary
Diagnose roof leaks and perform appropriate repairs on all types of commercial roofs, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal surfaces. Manage small repair jobs and oversee roof maintenance operations. Lead service laborers in a team environment while adhering to commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety standards. Requires a valid state driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and climb ladders to 25 feet. Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test. Dayshift hours with weekly pay and access to company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
- Able to work within a team environment
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
