Job Summary
Diagnose commercial roof leaks and execute appropriate repairs while leading maintenance and small repair jobs. Manage paperwork, time sheets, and ensure CentiMark Safety Policies are followed on site. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet, and experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, and other commercial roofing systems. Must be available for weekends, holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime. Dayshift hours with weekly pay and a company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays
- Able to travel out of town
- Able to work overtime - as needed
