Job Summary
Conduct detailed roof inspections for residential and commercial clients to diagnose leaks, damage, and repair needs. Present accurate estimates, explain solutions, and close repair opportunities while building strong customer relationships. Oversee daily service operations, coordinate field crews, and manage work orders to ensure projects complete safely and within budget. Lead and motivate service technicians, monitor workmanship standards, and assist with team training and development. Maintain CRM records, track department performance metrics, and forecast division growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems
- Strong ability to diagnose roof leaks and recommend effective repair solutions
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, service management, or related industries
- Proven success in customer-facing sales and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, and job management processes
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to customer locations and jobsites
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing installation experience highly preferred
