Job Summary
ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON and SERVICE LABORERS positions with CentiMark involve diagnosing roof leaks and making repairs on commercial/industrial roofs, performing small repair jobs and maintenance, leading roofing service teams, and applying knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen and metal roof systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills, and be authorized to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Laborer roles require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders to at least 25 feet, work in a team, be 18+, have reliable transportation, and pass a drug test; roofing knowledge is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen & metal roof repairs
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Service Helper experience preferred, but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (Laborer)
- Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet (Laborer)
- Able to work within a team environment (Laborer)
- At least 18 years of age or older (Laborer)
- Have reliable transportation (Laborer)
- Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required (Laborer)
