Meet with homeowners to generate new business, conduct roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance and sales process. Close deals, manage your sales pipeline, and build referrals to develop repeat business. This role offers uncapped commissions with year-one earnings of $70K–$80K, progressing to $110K+ in year three. You will work a flexible, field-based schedule with no prior roofing experience required, as comprehensive training is provided. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are essential.
