Job Summary
Meet with homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance and sales process to generate new business and close deals. Manage your sales pipeline, build referrals, and develop repeat business with support for training and climbing ladders. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfort working outdoors. Earn uncapped commissions with Year 1 base of $70K–$80K, growing to $110K+ by Year 3.
