Job Summary
Meet with homeowners to generate new business, conduct roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance and sales process. Close deals, manage your sales pipeline, and build referrals to develop repeat business. This role offers uncapped commissions with Year 1 earnings between $70K–$80K, progressing to $110K+ by Year 3, supported by comprehensive training and a dedicated team. You will work a flexible, field-based schedule outdoors, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. No roofing experience is necessary, as the company provides all tools needed to succeed.
