Job Summary
Meet with homeowners to generate new business, conduct roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance and sales process. Close deals, manage your sales pipeline, and build referrals to develop repeat business. This role provides uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a dedicated support team to focus on selling and building relationships. Flexible, field-based schedule with W-2 or 1099 opportunities available based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills

- Roofing or construction experience
