Job Summary
Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week without cold calling. Earn commission on self-generated business and complete a rigorous three-week training program. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission potential exceeding six figures in the first year. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, and ability to work a five-day week including mandatory Saturdays. Ideal candidates are coachable, self-disciplined, motivated, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday
- In home sales experience is preferred but not required
- Is coachable and eager to learn
- Self disciplined and money motivated
- Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
