Job Summary
Field-based Roofing Project Manager responsible for managing residential roofing projects from initial homeowner interaction through signed agreement and into production. Generate opportunities through neighborhood outreach, perform roof inspections, educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and retail options, present estimates and proposals, secure signed agreements, and maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle. Training provided on roofing systems, sales processes, and insurance fundamentals. Must be self-motivated with strong communication, able to travel as needed, and capable of guiding homeowners from sale to production. Compensation includes on-target earnings of $75,000–$125,000 annually with potential for higher earnings and no income cap; opportunities for growth and mentorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Field-based sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time independently
