Job Summary

Independent Roofing Sales Contractors run their own business under Stronghouse, leveraging the brand and resources to generate leads, canvass and network with homeowners, educate on roofing solutions, and manage their own schedule and sales pipeline to close deals. The role offers full autonomy, uncapped earning potential based on performance, ongoing support and training resources, and opportunities to grow within a flexible, contract-based arrangement. Key duties include generating leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking; building relationships with homeowners; guiding customers through the roofing process; managing the pipeline; and delivering a top-tier customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Location is Denver, CO, with work conducted on the road; the position is a Full-time Contract role and requires independent operation and self-management.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
  • Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Willing to learn and execute company standards
  • Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
  • Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
