Job Summary
Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business while managing projects from inspection through completion. Recruit and onboard future sales representatives, then coach new team members through ride-alongs and field training. Lead by example to drive accountability, expand the company's presence in the Austin market, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This leadership fast track allows you to build your own book of business while receiving hands-on coaching to master advanced sales strategies and project management skills. Promotions to Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and Market Leadership are earned through performance and results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
