Roofing Sales Lead / Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the roofing sales team, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring accurate, profitable project acquisition. Leads and manages sales goals, directs pipeline development, oversees estimating and proposal oversight, facilitates smooth handoffs to production, develops long-term client relationships with property managers and building owners, and coaches a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent, profitable revenue growth. The role emphasizes leadership and collaboration with production and estimating departments to ensure accurate scope, profitability, and customer satisfaction in commercial roofing projects. Compensation includes base salary plus commission with potential bonuses, and a company vehicle or allowance where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial roofing sales
- 2+ years in sales leadership or management
- Strong estimating and blueprint reading skills
- CRM experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to coach and hold team accountable
