Job Summary
Independent contractor Roofing Sales Estimators conduct roof inspections by safely accessing residential roofs, meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and replacement options, prepare project estimates and present solutions, and facilitate project agreements between homeowners and Universal Roof & Contracting. Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal lead generation. This role emphasizes high-commission earnings and the freedom to manage your own schedule, with emphasis on self-motivation, strong communication, and relationship-building to connect homeowners with roofing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Roofing Sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport and carry a ladder and safely walk on roofs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage own sales pipeline and opportunities
