Job Summary
Residential Roofing Sales Representative conducts roof inspections, educates homeowners, and sells reroof, repair, and maintenance solutions across the Phoenix metro area. This role requires walking roofs to perform inspections, developing clear scopes of work, presenting proposals, and closing reroof or maintenance projects. The position sources and manages inbound company-provided leads, and is supported by estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. A strong emphasis on consultative selling, customer service, and effective communication is required, along with the ability to travel daily within the Phoenix area. Experience with CRM tools (ServiceTitan a plus) and familiarity with various roofing systems (shingle, tile, foam, TPO) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential roofing, home services, or construction sales experience
- Ability to walk roofs and develop clear scopes of work
- Strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills
- Valid driver’s license and daily travel across the Phoenix area
