Job Summary
Roofing Sales Consultant in St. Louis responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying roofing needs, educating customers, and providing professional solutions. Responsibilities include conducting residential roof and siding inspections, identifying storm-related and age-related damage, generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and canvassing, educating homeowners on roofing systems and restoration options, guiding customers through the insurance claims process, working with insurance adjusters when necessary, preparing and presenting detailed estimates, building trust through a consultative sales approach, managing customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
