Roofing Sales Consultant

Handle incoming leads and generate your own through outreach, then set and confirm roof inspection appointments. Conduct roof inspections to document condition reports and use Xactimate to prepare estimates for direct report approval. Submit proposals to customers, follow up on active leads weekly, and manage job progress in Acculynx from start to finish. Coordinate with internal teams to issue contracts, schedule jobs, and attend final customer walk-throughs while communicating consistently throughout the project.
