Job Summary
In-person Roofing Sales Advisor responsible for delivering in-person sales pitches for residential roofing, using drone inspections to diagnose roof damage, and guiding homeowners through the insurance-claims process until resolution. Maintain CRM with accurate sales activity, manage calendar and appointments, stay current on products and industry trends, develop rapport with customers, train other sales representatives, handle escalated customer-service issues, meet or exceed sales targets, and travel as needed while effectively communicating and presenting professional pitches.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing
- Willingness to canvass / door-to-door sales
- Valid driverlicense with clean driving record
- Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Roofing installation certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
