Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Sales Advisor: Develop new service sales for local/regional accounts, prospect new clients through cold calling and networking, conduct site visits to analyze roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal), provide solutions-based recommendations with budget pricing (repair/restoration/replacement), follow up with Operations and clients to close opportunities, cultivate relationships with local facility representatives, and establish new accounts within a ~150-mile radius. Requires 2+ years of commercial roofing experience and B2B sales experience; strong communication, organization, and ability to work outdoors; valid driver’s license and PPE/fall protection compliance. Base salary $60k-$80k with commissions and potential OTE $150k-$250k+; training and benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial roofing experience
- Sales experience in commercial roofing or similar industry (E.G. selling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fencing, Siding, or similar B2B services)
- Fundamental knowledge of roof systems and repair applications – Preferred
- Basic working knowledge of computer programs and phone software applications
- Written and verbal communication and time management abilities
- Organized person and enjoys working outside
- Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs
- Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers
- Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection
- Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company’s Core Values
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
